Senior Account Director -New Business -France
A senior sales position responsible for generating “New Business” across multiple verticals, (Banking, Telco & Utilities ) pipeline development, opportunity management, closure of significant business, Account Management of major accounts in country.

Ideally seeking a Senior Account Director to work in the French market (French National) based in London, but working in France with clients. You will need to spend significant time in France with clients.

The company has a suite of digital products streamlines the end-to-end customer journey and supports the omni-channel strategy of our customers across the enterprise and branch, telephony and digital channels. These SaaS products are quick and easy to implement & have significant impact for the clients. The solutions eliminate breaks in the customer journey to deliver improved compliance, customer service and satisfaction and conversions as well as reduced costs. With a significant client base in the UK this is spreading fast across Europe as well as other areas globally, this is a solution that is in demand.

  • Manage the sales activities associated with selling to targeted major accounts initially in France across all sectors. Vertical focus to include Financial Services (Banking), Telecoms, Utilities &Public Sector.
  • Account Management of a major French Banking client (BNP Paribas)
  • Present and clearly articulate the value the companies solutions brings to Customers and Alliance Partners.
  • Work with the sales team to provide product feedback to Product Marketing and Development.
  • Understand the business strategy for each account and define the value proposition.
  • Structure initial engagements and multi-year enterprise deals with customers
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy and timeliness of opportunity management via CRM.

  • Degree Qualified.
  • Native French speaker and/or French National 
  • Experience in solution sales in complex, large organisations and closing medium to large deals at Enterprise and Departmental level.
  • Ability to be able to self-start based on existing network and contacts within business functions of the target organisations.
  • Experience in presenting and negotiating at C-Level
  • Highly articulate and clear speaking and writing.
  • Experience in working in complex sales environments.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Team Player - High energy and self-motivated.
  • Experience in working in start-ups
  • Clear stability of tenure and career progression.
  • Knowledge of Call Centre Management, Customer Relationship Management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Customer Experience Management (CEM) or collaboration tools an advantage.

Circa Package:-
Base Salary         Circa £75k - £100k (€90k-€115k)
Commission       OTE 50/50 -based on target- - (Circa £170k+ pa) but no cap
