When Howard first reached out to me, I was not actively looking or driven to consider a new position, but this didn’t deter his efforts. With the perfect level of tenacity, he continued to pursue me. We talked over a period of time and I eventually agreed to meet with him during one of his trips from London to San Francisco.
The meeting went very well. We had an in-depth conversation about me and he had good answers to all of my questions. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of the company and market that he was representing. Howard’s clear vision absolutely intrigued me enough to take the next step which ended up being a meeting that he arranged for me with the CEO of the client company he represented. There were no surprises as Howard took the time and more than adequately helped to prep me prior to the meeting. I was provided with an offer the day after my meeting with the CEO and have now been with Multitaction for four months. As it turns out, the company and role are a perfect fit for me.
This is my first experience with any sort of recruiter. Howard was persistent but professional, open & honest, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
